Greenville em Carolina do Sul (EUA) é conhecida pelo grande número de cervejarias. Desde 1998, Thomas Creek se tornou uma das maiores cervejarias da cidade. Eu tive a oportunidade de participar de um tour visitando diversas cervejarias e fiquei impressionado com o crescimento desta atividade artesanal. Outra  cervejaria visitada foi a Quest (55 Airview Drive). A primeira cervejaria de Don Richardson e Andrew Watts. Don Richardson nos deu uma explanação sobre as cervejas que produz desde quando  foi inaugurada em abril de 2013.

(Another brewery that we have visited was Quest (55 Airview Drive). The brainchild of Don Richardson and Andrew Watts.  Don Richardson  gave us an explanation about the brewery that it was opened in April 2013).

Uma vez na Cervejaria Quest o visitante pode escolher entre quatro grandes sabores.

Once in the door of Quest, you can grab one of the four flagship beers – Smoking Mirror Porter, Kaldi Coffee Stout, Golden Fleece BPA, and Ellida IPA — which will be on tap for sampling, pints and growler fills.

Eu recomendo a Kaldi Coffee Stout feita de café fabricado em Greenville pela West End Coffee Company.

I reccomend Kaldi Coffee Stout. It is made with coffee from Greenville’s West End Coffee Company.

Nosso Euphoria Media Luncheon foi preparado por um chef. O menu começou com porco tostato, truta da montanha, salada e o doce de batata.

(Our Euphoria Media Lucheon was prepared by the chef. Our menu started with pork belly tostado with apple slaw, pan seared blue ridge montain trout, family farm cornbread salad and sweet potato pie. A must!
